Shipping policy
1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
3. Carriers We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to resolve it promptly.
5. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tech Build is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
