Refund policy
1. Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
2. Eligible Items Most PC components and tech hardware are eligible for return. The following are not eligible:
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Final sale or clearance items
3. How to Initiate a Return Contact us before sending any item back. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll exchange it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
